All Purchases should be made payable to Chic Boutique by Helen in Pounds Sterling. We accept all major credit cards & Paypal
All orders are subject to Acceptance & Availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.
All stock offered for sale is Guaranteed Authentic & Genuine & Brand New Unworn. We do not sell used or counterfeit products.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. You can change the currecy to Euros or Dollars at the top of the website but on checkout payment will revert to Pounds Sterling. The currency converter is a guide only and Chic Boutique by Helen is not responsible for the rate charged by your credit card company on purhase.
Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details and a further email will be sent with dispatch confirmation and Tracking number. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Chic Boutique by Helen can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside of the EU and should you refuse a delivery without paying customs charges and the item has to be returned to us, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. If the item has to be disposed of you will not receive a refund
All Credit / Debit Card Transactions are processed with secure online payment provider and SSL Certification.
We will ship to a different address if we are happy the card holder has authorised this but we reserve the right to decline any orders we feel are not secure.
We can take telephone orders but we will only ship to the cardholders name & address unless you have a valid reason for alternative address shipping. Call 08002461623

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and all electronic invoices display the VAT inclusive price. Invoices sent with the goods are VAT inclusive except for non EU invoices.
All RSPs we quote on the site are only a price guide and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries will be dispatched for all orders placed up to 3.30pm every day & will be sent via DPD Courier or Royal Mail for next day delivery. Northern Ireland & the rest of the world may take 7- 10 days.
Although we offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK mainland some remote areas may take 48hrs and we can not completely GUARANTEE next day delivery as occasionally there may be unforeseen problems which may be out of our control. If you place more than one order we reserve the right to send both orders in one parcel but we are unable to refund any postage costs if we do so
Chic Boutique by Helen is responsible for Insuring your purchase until it is signed for by you at which point it becomes your. Should you request dispatch of items other than our "designated postal services" we do not accept responsibility if lost.
Should a parcel get lost before getting to you we will launch an investigation with the specific carrier to try to locate it and once it is confirmed lost we will then refund you in full, but it does need to be investigated as it could turn up and we are unable to refund until we establish what has happened.
Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be back with us within 21 days of receipt of goods and you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order in writing. All items must be returned unworn and in the condition that they were sent to you. We will not accept the item back if these conditions are not adhered to.
Any item on the website including sale items can be returned for a refund if it meets the criteria stated above.
If you choose to return any items you will need to pay return postage fees.The items remain your responsibility until we have received the item back safely. It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for the value of items you are returning
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
If returning an item from a Non EU Country please ensure you clearly mark your package "Returns" otherwise we may be charged duty into the UK which will be deducted from your refund should we pay these charges - if customs duty not paid the items will be returned back to you by the service provider you used
Refunds are issued as long as the item is Unworn, Brand New and returned with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it and it must be with us within 21 days from receipt and postmark dated.
The garment must be free from perfume odours, deodorant stains makeup, faketan and odours. All items are dispatched with a Security Tag and if the Security Tag is removed we will not accept the return. Should an item not have a Security Tag you must inform us immediately upon receipt. We have our own "poly tags" and don't accept items back where the tags have been re-attached with a different gauge poly tag. When returning shoe boxes please ensure your shoe box is well wrapped as we will not accept any shoe boxes that are returned "un wrapped" and taped up with tape and postage labels. We send them out wrapped & protected and we expect them back wrapped and protected. Certain products are non returnable for hygiene reasons which is clearly marked in the item description.
If anything is wrong or incorrect with your purchase you must inform us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, by email or in writing and you must keep the outer and inner packaging that your order was delivered in so we can investigate, if you do not inform us upon receipt we will be unable to help you or unable to accept your claim
Any returned item which has been worn or washed will be returned to you.
Any refund outside this timescale will be returned back to you unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Chic Boutique by Helen. When posting back it is your responsibility to ensure the package comes back to us within the designated timescale of 21 days from receipt.
Once the item has been unpacked & approved, refunds will usually be made within 48hrs of receiving the item back , and we will email you to let you know your refund has been processed. After you have received your email please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with and we have no control over it. You will receive an email to inform you your package has been returned to us and you will get email confirmation of refund.
Credit Notes (E Wallets ) with Chic Boutique by Helen must be used within 3 months of issue or they will lapse
Large Orders - Any order comprising of 8 or more items (or combined orders) will be charged a re-stocking fee of £1.00 per item returned which will be deducted from your refund.
Please be very careful when trying on garments as jewellery & perfume can damage a garment. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back.
International Orders - We are not responsible for Customs Charges & Local Taxes in your country of residence - these charges are your responsibility and should you choose to refuse a delivery for whatever reason, the costs for returning the parcel will be deducted from your refund as you have breached our terms and conditions for purchase. It is your responsibility to return any unwanted parcel in the appropriate manner. Refusing a parcel because of customs charges will incur a cost to return to the UK which is your responsibility.By dispatching as per your order we have fulfilled our contract to you and refusal of parcels will incur a charge to return to the UK which will be passed onto you and deducted from your refund. Should you place separate orders we may choose to send in one parcel but postage charges will not be refunded as weight of parcel will increase due to volumetric weight
Multi Buy Offers - Should you buy any items on a Multi Buy Offer and return only part of the order the retained item will be charged at full price - not the Multi Buy price
Exchanges - With UK orders we will exchange your order free of charge, if it is the same item, but if you change the item there will be a postage charge on your exchange. International exchanges will be charged the return postage
Credit notes are time bound and must be used within 6 months of issue. Any orders made using a credit note which are returned will be credited back to your credit note. If you paid over the amount of your credit note by credit card or Paypal the difference will be refunded back to source
Should we make a human error and an item is sent out wrong we will of course reimburse postage costs incurred, but we do not offer compensation for human error or a faulty item.
Items Lost In Transit - Should any item we send out to you get lost in transit we will refund you in full but we do not pay compensation for items lost which is out of our control
Discount Codes -Only one discount code can be used per order. If you want to remove a code from your basket you just click to remove under the code and then you can add another code. Any Discount Code offered is only valid at time of issue and can not be back dated to any previous order. If you forget to add your Discount Code at time of purchase it can not be back dated off your order. If you return your item for something different in exchange and you used a Discount Code the code is not transferrable
Gift Vouchers - Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given, if you don't know the recipients email address you can enter your own and print it off from your email. Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 6 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice.
Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Chic Boutique by Helen.
Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received.
Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.
If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.
Using your gift voucher is easy just enter your unique code at checkout.
You may purchase more than one gift voucher at the same time
Please note our descriptions are accurate but colours may vary very slightly due to lighting of photography, but we describe as accurately as possible to help you. The drop down colour option in the product pages is for reference only & may be the 'named" colour as noted by the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We do occasionally use images provided by brand owners and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of their images and colours.
